Colonel K. Kelley, Senior Military Instructor assigned to Clement High School JROTC received the Junior Achievement 2010 Above & Beyond Award. Colonel Kelley continually shows that he genuinely cares for his students by inspiring them to aim high and assisting them to create a plan used to reaching their life goals. Colonel Kelley has been a loyal promoter of Junior Achievement for over six years, successfully coaching 288 JROTC cadets to be Junior Achievement classroom volunteers, teachings the younger groups about the world of business and economics, while attaining leadership skills that last a lifetime. Through his recruiting efforts, Junior Achievement has been able to reach 96 classrooms and 2, 474 students.
